Represented the owners of MOS Glass Contractors. Helped them find and purchase an office/showroom and warehouse property for their successful glass company business. Also helped the owners purchase and sell several passive income office and medical properties over the years.
Bead Box Inc. – 15,000 sq. ft. Build-to-suit
I Represented this company in identifying land sites, hiring a general contractor, designing, and building a new 15,000 sq ft. office warehouse building. There were no office warehouse properties that met the client’s needs in the area they wanted to be in, so helped my client complete a build-to-suit where I assisted them in identifying land site options and purchasing the right site to meet their location needs but also established financial budget and sourced SBA financing for the entire project. In conjunction with finding my client a great land site to construct their future building, I introduced the client to LGE Design Building who provided in-house design and architecture, entitlement, and zoning supervision, and served as the general contractor to construct the building exterior and interior to meet my clients needs. It was a great success for the client.

Hippo Veterinary Group - 14,500 sf industrial building (future Vet Hospital)
This was a repeat client of mine where I helped them identify alternative properties to expand and grow their existing veterinary hospital and boarding facility. The property was vacant and used for storage, but I quickly worked with the City and zoning attorney to confirm the property allowed for my client’s use – Veterinary Hospital, Boarding and Kenneling facility – which it did. The property was on the market for less than 1 week and we quickly executed an agreeable offer and closed on the property within 45 days all cash.
Greenfield Plaza – 30,000 sq. ft. of Flex and Office Warehouse Condos
Due to my extensive experience with marketing office and industrial condos and savvy understanding of the available SBA Loans for owner-occupied financing, the developer hired me to help design and market his 30,000 sf spec commercial condo development project for sale. The development project was sold out to 6 small business owners and investors before the project finished construction. This was a home-run spec development project for the developer who later hired us for several more of his development projects.
Axia Industries - 9,018 sf office/warehouse property
I represented the Buyer in finding a larger industrial building @ 360 E Comstock Drive, for his manufacturing business and also allowed room to grow into the building over time. Also helped the client arrange for conventional bank financing and closed escrow within 45 days. Another happy client.
Molbat LLC - 14,280 sf office warehouse property
I Represented the Buyer in identifying and purchasing an office warehouse property @ 375 E Comstock Drive for his Boar’s Head Meat store and delivery business. The property had both truck-well and drive-in doors along with a large storage yard for his cars and delivery trucks. The property was perfect for his needs and the potential for a tenant to lease out 50% of the building and help pay for the mortgage while the client could grow into the entire building over time. Also helped the client do financial modeling, interview lenders, get bid estimates for tenant improvement work, and close on the property. Another happy small business owner client.
